A river finds a way around the mountain to reach the ocean.
A space for depth-oriented therapeutic and creative work.
For times of transition, uncertainty, or quiet inner movement — when something is changing, even if it doesn't yet have a name.

Grounded in therapy. Informed by drama, artistry and ritual. Held with care.
You don't need to be in crisis to inquire about Drama Therapy.

Many people land here without a clear request. Only a sense that something is shifting, moving, or asking for closer attention.
Not knowing exactly what you need is common. Hesitation is not a failure to commit. Drama Therapy does not require urgency, its meaning ripens over time.
This work welcomes beginnings that are quiet, uncertain, or still forming.

How I work

My work brings together
drama therapy, therapeutic ritual, and creative process.

I work with experiences
that live in the body, imagination, and storytelling. Using creative and symbolic forms we explore what cannot always be reached through words alone.

Sessions may include
reflection, image-making, enactment, movement, or simple ritual gestures. Guided by what feels appropriate, necessary, and ethicaly contained.

The pace is intentional. Nothing is forced. Meaning is allowed to emerge over time.

DRAMA THERAPY
A creative and embodied form of therapy.

Drama therapy is a form of creative therapy that works with experience as it lives in the body, imagination, and relationship.
Alongside reflective conversation, the work may include image making, movement, role, gesture, or symbolic action, guided gently and with consent. The focus is therapeutic rather than theatrical; acting skills or interest in performance are not required.
Drama therapy can be especially supportive during times of transition, uncertainty, or when words alone feel insufficient.
