A river finds a way around the mountain to reach the ocean.
A space for depth-oriented therapeutic and creative work.
For times of transition, uncertainty, or quiet inner movement — when something is changing, even if it doesn't yet have a name.

Grounded in therapy. Informed by drama, artistry and ritual. Held with care.
You don't need to be in crisis to begin therapy.

Many people arrive here without a clear request — only a sense that something is shifting, stirring, or asking for attention.
Not knowing exactly what you need is common. Hesitation is not a failure of commitment. Therapy does not require urgency to be meaningful.
This work welcomes beginnings that are quiet, uncertain, or still forming.

How I work

My work brings together
drama therapy, therapeutic ritual, and creative process.

We work with experience
as it lives in the body, imagination, and story — using creative and symbolic forms to explore what cannot always be reached through words alone.

Sessions may include
reflection, image-making, enactment, movement, or simple ritual gestures, always guided by what feels appropriate, ethical, and contained.

The pace is intentional. Nothing is forced. Meaning is allowed to emerge over time.

AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL THERAPEUTIC PERFORMANCE
Recreate your life as a breathing living work of art.

Autobiographical therapeutic performance is an innovative creative, relational, and therapeutic process that works with lived experience as material — not to retell a life story, but to shape, witness, and transform one’s relationship to it.
This work invites exploration through enactment, image, voice, movement, and symbolic action. What matters is not performance skill or coherence of narrative, but presence, choice, and authorship within a contained process. Personal material is approached slowly and with care. Attention is given both to what wants to be expressed and to what needs protection.
The performance is a therapeutic act.
Autobiographical therapeutic performance can support integration, meaning-making, and a renewed sense of agency — particularly during times of transition, identity shift, or inner reorientation.
