A river finds a way around the mountain to reach the ocean.
A space for depth-oriented therapeutic and creative work.
For times of transition, uncertainty, or quiet inner movement — when something is changing, even if it doesn't yet have a name.

Grounded in therapy. Informed by drama, artistry and ritual. Held with care.
You don't need to be in crisis to begin therapy.

Many people arrive here without a clear request — only a sense that something is shifting, stirring, or asking for attention.
Not knowing exactly what you need is common. Hesitation is not a failure of commitment. Therapy does not require urgency to be meaningful.
This work welcomes beginnings that are quiet, uncertain, or still forming.

How I work

My work brings together
drama therapy, therapeutic ritual, and creative process.

We work with experience
as it lives in the body, imagination, and story — using creative and symbolic forms to explore what cannot always be reached through words alone.

Sessions may include
reflection, image-making, enactment, movement, or simple ritual gestures, always guided by what feels appropriate, ethical, and contained.

The pace is intentional. Nothing is forced. Meaning is allowed to emerge over time.

TRANSPERSONAL REGRESSION THERAPY
Transpersonal regression therapy

Transpersonal regression therapy is a depth-oriented therapeutic approach that works with expanded states of awareness in a grounded and contained way.
This work may involve guided imagery, embodied awareness, symbolic experience, or altered states of consciousness, always held within a clear therapeutic frame. Experiences may be personal, symbolic, archetypal, or transpersonal in nature.
The focus is not on reliving the past or seeking extraordinary experiences, but on understanding how meaning, memory, and inner imagery live in the psyche and body now.
Transpersonal regression therapy can be supportive for people drawn to depth, symbolism, and spiritual or existential dimensions of experience, particularly when other forms of therapy no longer feel sufficient.
